Aboriginal's number was hoisted in error. ' Nice mild weather favoured, the training operations at , Trentham yesterday morning. Tno course proper was thrown open, but as the track was cut up badly and as the go-' ing was heavy the majority of the horses were restricted to half-pace work. lii one or two places there, .'won) nasty holes in the track, but theso Would probably be filled up yostcrday; and the going should be improved by this morning. ./ Tilson (T. Pritchard) was sent once round tho big country and then finishod a milo and a quarter on the flat. Ho jumped carefully, but got away froin his fences smartly, and on the flat lie was pulling hard the* whole way. Jolly Roger (H. Telford), Oakbourne (Kirk), and Liberator (R.
