Today, furthor witnesses were called to givo evidence refuting the accusations mado by the Union, Among the witnesses so called wero the oompany's representatives; on the Boardviz., Messrs. P. M, Hansen (formerly managing director of tho company) and Mr. E. H. Morris (inspector-in-chargo at tho Ponsonbv Barn). Mr. Hansen, after,referring to Various other matters, said he "considered that somo sort of private inspcction-T-rtljat was. unexpected inspection—was essential; but ho was strongly opposed to disguised inspection, which he held was unmanly and not right.
