July 15, 0.17 a.m.) Sydney, July 14. < Ex-employees of tho Lithgow ironworks— which were closed down becauso of • tho jnonpassing of the' Iron Bonus: Bill, and the refusal of the employees to accept a reduction in wages—claimed 'that they have been locked-'out, and applied for the appointment of a wages board under the new Industrial Disputes Act. .. : i ' The ■ Industrial Disputes Court, granted the application for a wages board to inquire into ! the stoppage of work. . The owners of; the ironworks, Messrs. C. and S. Hoskins, agreed to tho appointment of tho board.
