Mr. E. • Bull, manager of the New Zea-latid;-Candle Corripany, mentioned that the tariff-had'not been discussed lately. It had helped the candle industry considerably, and ' now his company's business was approaching that-'of their'record'year. ■ I; Mr.'Ballinger: I can't get enough skilled -Thoy talk about a slump, but I . don't know where it is.'
