A qualified hunter, means' a horse that has hunted at least five times with any recognised pack of hounds during tho present hunting season, and a master's certificate to that effect must bo produced at the scales. G. The winner of the Woodlands Hunt Club Steeplechase to cairy a penalty of 101b. in the Kumeroa Steeplechase, and the winner of any flat' race to carry a penalty of slb. in the other flat races. Penalties' not to bo cumulative. 7. AH scratcliings must be notified to the Secretary at least half an hour before the advertised time <ot starting each race. ■ ■ 8.
