Dinner. Bacon. Roast Veal. Baked Potatoes. Leeks. Eice'Cream. Stewed Apricots. Cup' Pudding. Supper. Rabbit Pie Salad. Apple Amber. Cheeso Straws.. . ' .' Rice Cream. ■. Boil-a pint of milk, and add to it 3oz. of sugar and '2oz. of ground-rice. Then cook them for six minutes,' and- letthom cool.* Dissolve half an ounce of gelatine in a quarter pint of milk, and add it,. stirring it well. Then add - half-pint of- whipped cream and flavouring if. liked. Stir it-well,' and pour it into a decorated, mould. When set it is - ready .to 6erve. r Semolina ; Pudding. . Boil half .a pint of milk, and sprinkle into it one tablespoonful of semolina, and cook it well. 'Then let it. cool, and add to it, u •beaten egg, sugar, and flavouring. . Bako it in, a'buttered pie-dish witH butter or chopped suet and nutmeg on.-, the top of it.' Remember -that the more slowly ; a milk pudding cooks the nicer it will be. If busy it is a good plan ■ to: stand the pie-dish in a- baking tiu which contains water. It will take, longer to oook, but that will be an improvement.
