Mothod.—-Make a batter with 1 egg, J pint of milk,, salt,- J lb. of flour, popper, and nutmeg. , Then beat it for five or ten minutes, and add anotjier i ipint ,of milk. Melt qn oz. of dripping m a baking- tin or a pie-dish.. Pour - .into it half the batter, and then add chops or sausages.
