Whittnker Were the principal speakers'at a demonstration in tho Albert Hall on May. 16 in favour of the Licensing Bill. Lord Crewe grew very angry when interrupted by the suffragists, and said, "I will deal once and for all with this interruption. I say this—if votes for women are going to be-used in hampering social reforms such -as this I for one don't care how long their grant is delayed." ' ' .
