Mr. Keir Hardie, (Labour member of tho House of Commons for" Merthyr Tydvil, speaking at Stockport, complained that, ho had not been invited to King Edward's recent garden party. Tho reason, for this.was, ho said, because ho had criticised tho visit of King Edward to tho. Tsar at Itoval.
