Tho report of the Now Zealand Utility Poultry Club's fourth- egg-laying competition for the week-ended June 26 (says a Christclmrgh Press Association ' message), shows that during the week 971 eggs were laid, bringing the total up to \ 7015. The leatling competitors were T. Kennedy's silver : wyandottes (24), 338; "New Zealand Poultry Journal" Institute's white leghorns (29), 273; A. 'Padinan's white leghorns (32),; 277; Drury aiid Rose's white'leghorns. (26), 258; Allan Petrie's whito leghorns (24),. 249; 11. W. Hawke's white leghorns (23), 243; W. A. Nixon's white leghorns (20), 230; 6. H. .Robinson's silver wyandottes (28), 234; H. Hawke's. white leghorns (28); 222 ; ;W. A. Nixon's wliite' leghorns (27),'222; W. P.
