Advices by China boaet stato that tho Chinese boycott of Japanese goods at tho northern, ports of China has practically ended. Canton is tho only placo where it continues. This result has been brought about chiefly owing to c.oncessinns by the Japanese Government. One of the concessions mado by Japan is tho,-withdrawal of opposition to the extension of the.Hsin-min-tun to Fa-ku-monn Railway.
