A successful social and dance j; organised iii aid of tho Kilbirnio Catholic Church building fund, was held 'at O'Donncll's Hall, Sqiitli Kilbirnio, last ovening. About'ooo people attended, and with dancing, musical items, and ouchro, a most onioyablo ,evening ' was spent. Mr. Snoll was M.G. for tho. dancing, and among those who contributed musical items wore Misses Segrief, Carroll, Jones, and Messrs. lloid, Wallace,, Marltin, and Robinson. To Ven. Archdeacon Devoy was present during the evening.
