Mrs. Noligan, wife of Dr. Neligan, Bishop of Auckland, gavo a sympathetic address on tho Maoris, whom sho described as Irishmen with brown faces. There was a brilliant garden parts at Windsor. Tho King and'Queon, tho Princo and Princess of Wales and their children, and Ambassadors and Ministers wero present, and eight thousand persons attended. Metropolitan bishops attending the PanAnglican Congress were presented to the King. Leading labour TJniona were represented at tho garden party at Windsor. ■ .•-
