At a meoting of shareholders of fcho PagoMorris Company, formed for the purpose of pushing the 55 ' Australian claimant's interest in the Page millions, Mr. Jobson, who was sent to England to mako inquiries, detailed' the fruits of his mission. Ho said ho found that Page did not dio intestate. He left the estate to his lawyer. Even if ho had died intestate,' the Statute of Limitations would bar tho Compauy's claims. Counsel advised Mr. Jobson that further prosecution of the claim will be useless, and an unprofitable waste of the Company's assfets. The meeting decided to ask the shareholders to consent to the voluntary winding-up of tho Company.
