'i " Whenever you touch that question, .however, remarked the Minister, " you come up against tho powers and privileges of' school committees, and it must be handled very gently." ; In reply to a question as to the limitation of tho size of school classes, Mr. Fowlds said that lie hoped to be also able to do' something in that matter. " In regard to the superannuation af teachers, he said that something would need ,to be done during the session towards nutting the teachers' schcme on a level with the Public Service Superannuation Act of last session.
