(Specially Written for Tek Dominion.) PKACTICAL SUGGESTIONS BY AN EXPEBT. - THURSDAY. Vegetablo'Soup. OxTTail Ragout;' Potatoes. Pumpkins. ■' : Celery. ■ ■ ■ Cabinet Pudding. ' Ox Tail Ragout. One ox tail, small carrot, one turnip, one onion, stock, one tablespoonf ul ketchup or tomato sauce, one tablespoonful . flour, one oz. butter, seasoning, salt and papper to tasto. 'Divide the tailinto neat joints, soak in warm water, then 'dry in a cloth, roll in flour and fry in a small quantity of butter a nico brown. Lift out of the pan, fry the vegetables cut into slices, then add stock (warm), seasoning and sauce. ,- Simmer gently about . three hours, then lift out the pieces of tail. Bub the vegetables ...through a 6iove, return the gravy to tho saucepan.' Thicken with the flour and butter mixed to a pasts, add the ii tail, cook a fo.w iminutes,. then serve.. Forcemeat balls can be served with it.-
