At a committoe meeting of the Manawatu A. and P. / Association yesterday (says our ; correspondent), the question of the Agricultural Scholarship, which had been offered two 'years without' a single application, was ' discusscd. ', ■;• •' Mr. Cohen spoke strongly in favour of the Boholarship, and i said he. looked forward tothe time when they' would hare ntunorous 'applications..
