While the majority of taxicab drivers are fully alive to their duties and responsibilities, a minority are desirous of showing their independence, and thus indirectly their great prosperity, by being off-hand and sometimco rude to the public. More competition is coming, and tho public memory is Jong and unforgiving in these matters,—"O*."
