Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1901," and the amendments thereof. 1. The particular undertaking is levelling, laying out, improving nnd planting the Recreation Reserve, and tho erection thereon of tho necessary buildings. 2. The sum proposed to bo borrowed is •C2OOO. 3. Tho proposed security for tho Special Loan is s Special Rato to be levied upon all rateable property within the Borough, find to be of an amount sufficient for the payment of the interest of the loan, nnd to provide a'sum towards ropaymont of tho loan by the creation of a sinking fund of not less than one pound por centum per annum upon the amount of the loan. NOTE.—For tho Loan of £2000 tho Special Rato will not exceed one-twolfth (l-12th) of a penny in the .£ on tho unimproved valuo of nil ratoablo pror pcrty within tho Borough. 4.
