The adjourned case in which Patrick Evan was charged with having on May 30 at Wellington indecently assaulted a certain female was advanced a further 'stage, and adjourned again until Wednesday. Annie Moore, charged with drunkenness, was convicted and fined 20S.J in default seven days' imprisonment.
