PRODUCE PRICES IN AUSTRALIA.
BUTTER AT 118s. A Press Association message from Sydney states that butter lias advanced 4s. per cwt., making a rise of 10s. for the week. General useful rains have caused a weakening of'the wheat markets in all tho States. The Syd- ■ ney quotation is 4s. s|d. to 4s. 6d. per A Melbourne Press Association cablegram states that, owing'to the ■ scarcity and high price of meat, tho conditions regulating the • introduction of Queensland cattle have been modified. Good rain during the past two . days has assured the safety of the wheat' crop for tho winter. The price of butter in Sydney is now 116s. ;to 118s. per cwt. .
