The Association's financial statement shows a credit balance; of £332, lis. 7d./' There are 157 flocks 'registered, including eleven new members from the South. The question of tattooing'remains in" abeyance-owing to' difficulties-against - 'schemes ' proposed. • The. death of Mr: James Holms,' of •Waimahaka is .recorded with regret. .' 'retiring' coun-. cillors were Messrs. D. P. Buchanan, J. 0. Batchelor, A. 'E. Harding, and J. W. Harding, and; in the absence of opposition, 'they are declared re-elected.
