M'Kay, J.'. Davidson; H: Waters, P. Bowmaker, L. White, J". J. Roberts, and A. Williams (secretary). .' • ■ ' The cpinniittee considered a recommendation , from" the ■ Referees', >Association—"That all League;fixtures be 'postponed on Saturday, as an expressioh of sympathy with the relatives of the late-Mr. A.'HI Baskiville:", It was decided,' after, discussion', that all; fixtures be postponed, with the exception of drie game— Ramblers', v. Wanderers—wliich will be played at Athletic Park before the commencement of' the' Northern Rugby Union match. 'This means that the Association's match will start at 1.45 p.m;-sharp. Mr. B. L. Salmon will : act 'as referee,- and -Messrs. L. White and ■ P. Bowmaker as linesmen. Mr.' F: J; Courtney was appointed assis-tant-tre'asiurer. to'the Association. . ". •

Arrangements'> are' to be made, .to improve 'the goalposts on the Newtown Park ground. , Satisfaction'was expressed at the assistance given >by the police in keeping the spectators in bounds at the Basin-Reserve match on Saturday last; Tho Y'.M.CiA.; Club -protested- against- the win of the{Diamonds fifth-class team on' June 6, on the ground that the. latter team played Overend; of; St. Paul's. It was decided to ask the Diamond Club to explain. Two points • wero deducted from Swifts junior third, division ; team, on tho ground that it played-an ov.er-ago boy on' Saturday last'.

It was decided that St. Paul's Club bo re. quested to forward information as to whether or not its junior ; second division team has disbanded. ■ . . The Technical School Club was affiliated to tho Association. ...... W. Ecley was granted a transfer from St John's No.: 2 team to No. 1 team.
