Mr. Keir Hardie, Labour member of the House of Commons for Merthyr-Tydvil, speaking at Porthcawl, said that tho Independent Labour party had converted tho working classes to Liberalism from Toryism. The party's second task would be to mako the workers Socialists. He predicted that within ten years Liberalism and Toryism would disappear.'
