Tho'following wero tho tenders: (1) For tho wholo of tho works, including stono; elevation to tlio Queen Street frontage, and the portion shown in Grriy Street, out excluding the Tower and Terrace : Ferguson ' and Malcolm ' (Auckland), £82,689 18s.; .T, T. Julian (Auckland), £82,650; ; 'J.' Judo (Adelaido), £93,432 7s.
