The polico at Kiel, the chief German naval station in the Baltic, are investigating extraordinary Imperial dockyard frauds. High officials are suspected of passing out au immonso quantity of storos, ostensibly for the use of tho navy, and really selling them at nominal rates.
Sometimes £2000 worth a day was sold. Tho polico recovered £75,000 from ono of tho wealthiest morchants implicated. Similar frauds are said'to have occurred at Wilhelmshavcn, tho chief Gorman naval station on tho North Sea. 1
