The Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Ward) will lcavo in thq' morning for Waimate, whoro ho will delivor a speech in the evening. Ho will go on by tho first express next day to Oxford, whoro ho will speak at night. On Saturday ho will go to Cheviot, speaking there in tho evening, and 011 Monday he will return to Christchurch, whore he will deliver a speech. Ho will arrivo in Wellington on Tuesday night. On Thursday he will leave again for Gisbomo, will deliver a speech there, and will return to Wellington. All these speeches are being delivered by invitation.
