MUD-SLINGING BY LARRIKINS. (BY TELEGRAPH. —HIE 63 ASSOCIATION.) ' Chrlstohurch, Juno 1. An evangelist who had by somo means incurred the wrath of a mob of larrikins last evening, had to got away hurriedly from his pitch at the City Hotel. The mob followed, pelting him and his supporters with mud. \ A (iroat orowd assembled, and serious injury; to tho ovangelist wits avorted only by the intervention of the oolice. .
