CLAUSE IN A (JISBORNE AWARD. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.*J ■ , ./• . Auckland, Juno 1. Tho Arbitration Court has 'introduced in its recent award respecting tho disputo between tho. Gisborno waterside workers arid their employors -tho following provision .to doal with ■ strikers:— 11 Tho Union, shall do all in its' power to prevent any strike by any ot tho workers affected by tho award, , and if any striko shall occur in which any members of this Union shall take part, such striko shall bo prima facio evidenco that-' tho Union has committed a breach of its ' duty hereunder. The Court reserves full power in tho event of any such 'striko pocurring to suspend, on' tho application of any of tho employers, tho operation of all or any provisions of this award for such period as tho Court shall think • proper* UIV
