Griffiths and Co. this afternoon received the following cable from their London principals, Mills and Sparrow, Ltd.■ There is good steady consumptive demand, and butters aro going on the counter straight away. Few, if any, of the retailers are holding any stock. Trade continue? good; All butters are . selling well, and clearing up close. A scarcity of fine butter is now being felt.
