In tho Federal House, the i'rimo Minister (Mr. Doakin) referred to a recent Press cablegram from Berlin, which stated, that a second German cruiser was to be sent to tho South/Seas, owing to insecurity of lifo . and property on tho Admiralty Islands. Mr. Dcakin said lio did not think thero was anything significant in the fact. The work of preserving order amongst the ' widelyscattered islands had doubtless been found too great for., ono cruiser to satisfactorily accomplish. . ' .' '
