DUMA DEFENDS HER AUTONOMY. BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS AESOCIATIC^f —COPl'Rlant (Rec. May 29, 9.48 p.m.) St. Petersburg, May 29. Interpellations regarding Finland liavo been dropped in the Duma. All Sections, oxcopt tho-oxtremo Right, emphatically opposed any infringement of the Finnish Constitution. Tlio Premier, M. Stolypin, has forecasted a legislative change in Finland's relations with Russia, but says that the autonomy of Finland will bo respected.
