- 6 : YESTERDAY'S MEETING; - A meeting of tiic Wellington Land Board was held at the District Land " and Survey office yesterday morning, there being prosent: Messrs. . James Mackenzie (in tho chair), A. Reese, J. Dawson, J. M. A'Court, and C. .]. Canton. APPLICATIONS DEALT WITH. The following applications for land were considered and dealt with as follows: — : It was resolved, in terms of . Section G3 of The Laud Laws Amendment Act, 1907, to consider Mrs. Conlestono as not landless,in the ballot for Section 42, Block X, Kaitieka," and to givo all'other applicants preference in , the ballot. • ' • ■, • It was resolved to consider Mrs. Nicholson as landless and to admit her. to the ballot with preferenco within tho meaning of tho Act. The ballot was then taken, and it resulted : in Mr. F. Vaustone drawing the section. All the applicants for Section 1, Block XIII, Tararua, were admitted. . LEASE TITLES.
