i Sir,—l desiro the attention of tho polico to a number of youths who congregate near tho gates of the Botanical Gardens and play, football,. much to tho annoyancc of pedestrians. .Yesterday evening, whilo in company with - a lady, two of these' youths deliberately crashed] against us. Upon questioning [them on .tKc'ir' manner.'l received a lot of abuse.
