Tho Finnish Senato has resigned owing, to tlio unfavourable effect of the speech undo to tho Duma oil Tuesday by M. Stolypin, tho Russian Premier. The Russian Premier complained of Finland harbouring revolutionaries, and forecasted ; a legislative change in her relations with Russia, "while respecting the autonomous rights" of the Finns. Tho Finnish Diet was dissolved some littlo, time ago.
