LEICESTER PUDDING. ; , Molt an ounco of butter in, a quarter-pint of milk, without cooking them,.'and then beat into thera one or'two eggs. If using only one egg ■ add a little" mora milk. • Mix with these. a 'tablespoonful of cako crumbs and an. ounce of flour, being careful not to get the flour lumpy. Add sugar to taste, about one tablespoonful. If. liked a little flavouring- may be used. Steam this, pudding and serve it with or without ' sauce. If preferred, the pudding. may be allowed to' get bold, and then egged and crumbed and fried. j FOR TO-MORROW. ' ; 1 Ingredients.—Shoulder of mutton, onions, potatoes, vegetable marrow, vermicelli, soup, one pint of milk, molasses, and cream, if possible. . '
