After emphasising tho importance of building up the spiritual and moral side of the national character, tho President eulogised women doing their full duty in relation to wifehood and motherhood, rearing plenty of hoalthy children.,/ They should- be devoted to high, ideals in everything constituting tho right type of family lifo, courage, Unselfishness and the other qualities of true' citizenship. ,
