RANGIWAHIA NOTES.
The Rangiwahia branch of the Farmers' Union will hold its annual social at an early date. The branch is now about 50 strong. ' Land on the fiat country around the Rangiwahia township is now selling at £13 ' per acre. Settlers' are asking £8 to £9 for hilly country which ' will . carry. about .2J' sheep to the acre. It is possible in tho back country.io turn out.a fat bullock off every four acres. ,
