Mr. Wilford represented the defendant. Sergeant Rutledge stated-that, in company with Sergeant Dart, ;he;:fpund ;two; bottles of whisky on a bed in a room behind the shop. Two other bottles also found., To Mr. Wilford: Ho did not bake ; a bottle of capilla By, mistake for whisky.
