After a full discussion, the following resolution was carried and will bo forwarded to tho Federation That

tho Minister's assurance be 'accepted, and that tho Federation refrain from taking tho proposed proceedings, on tho understanding that in tho event of adequate legislation not being passed, and another strike occurring, tho. Government will take proceedings to test tho existing law against men taking part in such strikes, and Unions or individuals contributing money to enable them to carry 'on strikes, or for the relieving of thoir families."
