Fry in this a chopped onion and some carrot." When, it begins to-brown add a tablespoonful of- flour,. and brown it. Then add some'of; the water:that tho tail has stewed in. ;It' is now a jelly. Add the ox tail, a clove! 'and' some salt and pepper. ' Stew these fori about an hour vloneer'-if tough, and; then taste and serve. If it is necessary,, add a pinch of sugar. • ' ,■ .
