ONSLOW BOROUGH COUNCIL.
The Onslow Borough Council mot last night. Thoro wore present: The Mayor (Mr. J. G. Harkncss), and Councillors Lynncberg, Kiornan, Kitzgorald, Aplin, I'limmer, and Wfttson. The Finance Coninuttoo and the Sanitation, Lighting, and- Water Committee were re-elected for the ensuing year. The wholo Council was constituted a Public Works Com'""tlic Sanitation Committee recommended the Council to adopt the engineer's plans for tho North Ward water supply scheme, with minor, alterations. Tho Council resolved accordingly. Seven applications were received'for. tho position of ranger. The making of an appointment was deferred until next meeting.
