After a hearing lasting thirty-threo days, and involving legal expenses amounting to £70,000, the King's' Bench Division has awarded Mr. Isidore Wyler and tho Ibo and Nyassaland,. Corporation £62,472 damages against Jlessrs. Lewis and Marks and other members of the Corporation, except Sir Robert Edgecumbe, for. alleged conspiracy, causing tho loss of concessions estimated 'to 1 bo worth a quarter of a million. Mr. Woathorley, another member of the Corporation, was earlier dismissed from tho •casq. ■ ' : An appeal has been entered.
