Tho. president,'; Mr.,. J. Sutherland, occupied, the chair." Upon going through tlio award, as contained in 11 circijlar of the award issued by tho. Lahpur'yDepartment, the discovery was made >t!iat' the latter document omitted the following," which is one of the main clauscs of .tue award!—" Scctiou (e)—The employer shall provide, each driver with a time-book in, which, sucji .driver shall enter daily tlie total' hours for,., which he is entitled to, be pajd, aijd stating, the overtime (if any).' The employer:sfyill within twenty-, four hours have the time,; verified and tho' ■book initialled."" ■ Section £2 of the award, nrovides that the .'awardshall come intc force on Api'il. 13, 1908; 'but'-.members complain that the'employers have'ignored it up to the present. , , •
