WORK OF THE LADY INSPECTOR. ' RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURE., The - 'Wellington. and. Wairarapa- Charitable Aid Board mot yesterday at noon. Present: Mn6srs. R. C. Kirk (chairman), W. H. Morrah, Cohen, R.
