"The 'Secolo' states that the' Premier, Admiral Eerreira do Ainaral,' had a long conference: with .Kipg Manuel at. the palace, after, which he, summoned tho Civil .Governor' of Lisbon, and General Craveiro Lopes,, the Com-mander-in-Chief of tho military forces in Lisbon, to /another conference! .The crews of the Portuguese' warships in! the Tapis.-have been reinforced.
