Gorton and Sons' horso emporium, several lots being offered on account of Mr. Donald Frascr. There was a good attondancu, but .the bidding was not very brisk. The top price reached was 50 guineas, at which a fillv by Advance—Good Luck, fell to Mr. D. Camnion. When all tlio racing stock had been sola, a couple of young draughts wore sent in to the. ring. 'After a moment of nervous hesitation, t'liey made a wild dash for the gates, and, forcing them open, giillopod into the stl'cot,'knocking several of the spectators down in their.flight.
