Auckland, April 20. : During the financial year ended March 31, buildings to tho value of three-quarters of a million were put 'in hand in Auckland city and suburbs. Of this ateouht £152,325 has been spent in the erection of public buildings/ £96,535 in warehouses and offices, £81,175 in shops, £376,120 in dwellings, £16,805 in factories, stables, etc.,'and from; £20,000 to £30,000 in additions a.nd alterations to' premises. Harvey, 1 Auckland ; treasurer, Miss Spence, Auckland, A recommendation is to be sent to the Auckland Executive that next year the delegates go into camp instead cf being entertained in the homes of friends. ,
