FIRE AT TOKO.

POST OFFICE DESTROYED. (BY TELEGItAHI.—PRESB ASSOCIATION.) New Plymouth, April 17.' A lire broke out this morning in Harrison's saddler's shop at Toko, near Stratford', which destroyed, .along with the billiard saloon, a fruit shop (occupied by Mrs. Flynn); and tho Post -Office. A quantity of stock was saved, also all tho postal records. Mr. Harrison was severely in endeavouring to extinguish 'tho flames, and was removed to the' Stratford Hospital.
