It.ivas asserted that a pernicious habit was becoming all too prevalent amongst a cortain ".lass of people of.victimising tradespeople by obtaining; unlimited eretht for:, goods' and by .misrepresentations nirfdp to sbopkeopers. With the object of reducing risks, it was decided that" in future, all members of the' Master,. Grocers' Union .will, refuse--to give jredit to any person by ; whom accounts ; for groceries are. -known to .be owing, until such lebts have been liquidated. ;: - ■
